The first-ever Jakarta IP Market, hosted by the Jakarta Creative Economy Committee and fully supported by Jakarta Creative (the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency), was successfully held from November 18–19, 2025. The event was held at the Puri Agung Convention Hall, Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta. The landmark event set a new standard for intellectual property (IP) commercialization in the region, with a core mission of “Leveling the playing field” for local and international creators.
The event featured over 50 IPs from internationally renowned franchises and Indonesia’s own rising super IPs, creating a dynamic hub for collaboration and business. Among the prominent participants was the Museum of Toys (MoT), which presented its collaborative IP house, Tale X. At the Jakarta IP Market, Tale X showcased its diverse and captivating portfolio of characters, including Starla, Agus The Duck, Kembu Club, Halo Miyu, Beemala, Khuga, Tenka Street, Hey Ramma, and Krenz.
A standout IP showcased by Tale X was Halo Miyu, Indonesia's pioneering mental health mascot. Designed as a friendly cloud, Miyu is grounded in mindfulness philosophy. The initiative has already gained significant traction, having previously partnered with the Indonesian Ministry of Health to promote mental health awareness during the home country's national independence day.
Nabilla Seandy from Halo Miyu explained, "IP Expo provides a strategic perspective on the development and expansion of IP. This event brings together relevant creative industry players and opens up clear and measurable collaboration opportunities. IP Expo is an experience that reinforces a more visionary and sustainable direction for IP development."

At the Jakarta IP Market, Halo Miyu showcased a range of merchandise designed to support emotional well-being, including a wide range of affirmation cards, relationship cards, coloring books, and self-reflection journals. The memorable cloud design extends to Miyu's entire family, reinforcing the brand's core message.
With this appearance, the Halo Miyu team hopes to expand its reach, ensuring that its message that mental health is important for everyone, across all segments of society. Along with the further publication, they aim to integrate their resources and message into broader public health conversations, solidifying their role as a national mascot for mental health.
